By registering as a test center on Mock Test Nepal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Registration Requirements

To register as a test center, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit valid business registration documents
• Have a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number)
• Maintain a physical location suitable for conducting mock tests
• Have adequate facilities and capacity for test administration

3. Account Approval

All test center registrations are subject to admin approval. Mock Test Nepal reserves the right to:

• Verify all submitted information and documents
• Approve or reject any registration application
• Request additional documentation if needed
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Service Obligations

As a registered test center, you agree to:

• Provide accurate test schedules and availability
• Maintain professional standards in test administration
• Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform
• Provide a safe and conducive environment for test-takers
• Submit test results accurately and on time
• Respond to student inquiries promptly

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires an active subscription:

• A trial period may be provided for new centers
• Subscription fees must be paid through the wallet system
• Coins purchased are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription auto-renewal terms apply as specified
• Failure to maintain subscription may result in limited access

6. Advertisement Services

If using advertisement services:

• All advertisements are subject to admin approval
• Advertisement content must be truthful and not misleading
• Coins are held during review and deducted upon approval
• Rejected advertisements will receive full coin refunds
• Mock Test Nepal reserves the right to remove inappropriate ads

• Acts as a platform connecting test centers and students
• Is not responsible for disputes between centers and students
• Does not guarantee specific booking volumes
• May modify or discontinue services with notice

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Outstanding obligations survive termination
• Unused subscription balance is non-refundable

11. Changes to Terms

Mock Test Nepal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
